It’s DC Yoga Week

April 14, 2008 By Melody

Get on the mat.
Try a new studio.  Change is good.
Experience a new teacher.  Everyone has something to share.
Try a new yoga style.  It’s good for the body, mind and soul to mix things up.
Most classes are free.  Some are just $5.

Stroga… Yeah I went to there sneak preview Yoga class. The place is so nice and big. No more peoples feet hitting your head or being spit on why the guy next to you is heavy breathing. This place is big, clean and the ceiling is beautiful. I hear they are getting some of the best Yoga instructors in the area too. If its a Results thing you know it will be top notch. Good by tiny Yoga studios.
