It’s an amazing representation of what you will experience immediately after a yoga class (even your first class) and the benefits you’ll discover after practicing yoga for several months.
The key is practice. Simply getting on your mat, moving and breathing on a regular basis. As Pattabhi Jois said “practice and all is coming.”
